The Greenbridge Mixed-Use Complex is a sustainable project, which pursued LEED Gold Level Certification. It is located in the West End neighborhood of Chapel Hill. TA provided sound isolation and mechanical noise and vibration control services for the facility. The project called for the acquisition and installation of a newly designed heat pump system that was just becoming available in the United States. TA collaborated on the design and testing of an enclosure to verify that the units will function at acceptable noise levels.
