As the first high rise condominium building in Las Vegas, the Turnberry Place project set the design criteria for which others were to be judged. TA provided acoustical consulting for the space, including developing party wall, floor/ceiling, constructions, and other sound isolation details to help limit the amount of noise transferred between units. In addition, TA also provided mechanical noise and vibration control recommendations to help reduce the noise from the plumbing, trash chutes, elevators and rooftop equipment.
