This project was new construction of an approximately 291,300sf office building nestled between a retail residential and commercial district of West San Jose, California, which is known as Santana Row and at the center of the Silicon Valley. TA provided a comprehensive acoustical and lighting analysis for all eight floors including lobby, executive, conference, huddle, training, mail, and break rooms, open office, food service cafe, and docking area.
