This newly constructed church in Raleigh had significant issues with the acoustics within the worship space. Thorburn Associates was retained to help troubleshoot the issues and develop solutions for the excessive reverberation. Through careful study, acoustic modeling, and investigative methods, Thorburn Associates determined the issues were a result of both the physical design of the space as well as the poorly implemented sound system.
