The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) and Elizabeth State University (ECSU), in a joint partnership, faced the unique challenge of finding a way to teach students at ECSU while using instructors at UNC-CH. Technical challenges included designing several rooms that could communicate effectively and reliably between locations that are geographically far apart. TA worked closely with university representatives to finish the project on their short, six month deadline.
